  • Helped write a requirements document for the software system to operate the seven hospitals owned and operated by the state of West Virginia.
  • Project manager for the Bureau of Child Support Enforcement of the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (WVDHHR).
  • Taught Software Requirements and Testing for WVDHHR and taught the graduate class "Management of Information Technology" at Strayer University in Richmond, VA.
  • Selected as Y2K trainer for Software Valley, Inc.
  • Authored or co-authored more than 20 publications.
  • Invited to attend 1995 Ernst and Young Doctoral Consortium, which is sponsored by the International Conference on Information Systems and is open to only 40 participants worldwide.
  • Selected as Information Technology trainer for government employees, Graduate School, USDA, Midwest Training Center
  • More than 30 years experience in information technology in higher education, government, and private industry. Specialties include project management, training, application development, and research.
  • Education: Ph.D., Information Systems, Virginia Commonwealth University; MBA, West Virginia University; and BA, West Virginia University

  • More than 20 years experience in various data processing environments, including higher education, health sciences, banking, telecommunications and transportation
